The Fluke Networks MicroScanner™ PoE Industrial Ethernet Cable Verifier is engineered for industrial environments where downtime directly impacts production. This versatile tool verifies continuity on cables terminated with RJ45, M12X, M12D, and M8D connectors, delivering results within seconds and presenting them on a clear graphical display. It shows opens, shorts, miswires, crossed pairs, and split pairs, along with cable length and distance-to-fault measurements, making fault isolation fast and intuitive.

In addition to cabling verification, the MicroScanner™ PoE identifies active Ethernet ports and displays advertised network switch speeds from 10 Mbps to 10 Gbps. For powered devices, it reports PoE class (0–8), helping technicians quickly distinguish between insufficient power and cable faults. The integrated toning function (compatible with IntelliTone™ and analog probes) allows accurate cable tracing in complex installations.

Compact and durable, the verifier withstands 1 m drops, supports operation from 0 °C to 45 °C, and is certified to IEC safety and EMC standards. Powered by two AA batteries with up to 20 hours of operation, it is highly portable and suited for both troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. With included adapters and patch cords, it provides complete testing capabilities for Ethernet/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, and similar industrial Ethernet systems, ensuring quick resolution of connectivity and power issues.
